• Have the legal capacity to enter agreements

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.

User Content includes searches, trend queries, prompts and text inputs, and any content submitted while using the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Superway a license to process your content to generate outputs, improve feature performance, and maintain and secure the Service.

We do not use your content to train proprietary machine learning models unless explicitly permitted in future updates.

Superway uses AI services (for example, OpenAI) to generate outputs. You acknowledge that AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be considered professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying information. Superway is not liable for decisions based on AI outputs.

You agree not to engage in illegal activities, hack or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer or scrape the platform, use the Service for harmful or deceptive purposes, overload servers, or bypass access controls or subscription paywalls. Violations may result in termination.

All intellectual property related to Superway, including the platform, branding, software, UI, databases, tools, and features, is owned by Vertex Innovation Collective Ltd. You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell, frame, or embed the Service without permission.

Superway integrates with providers such as Stripe, Google Analytics, Meta, Twitter/X, OpenAI, Supabase, DigitalOcean, Vercel, and additional infrastructure vendors. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third parties.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent data storage. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Superway is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-generated content. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; decisions made based on AI-generated insights; service interruptions; or system failures. Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, we suspect fraud or abuse, required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Superway constitutes acceptance.
