These services may independently collect data per their own policies, which we do not control.

Trusted vendors assisting with hosting, analytics, AI processing, database management, payment processing, security monitoring, and customer support.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by court order, subpoena, regulatory authority, or law enforcement.

If Superway undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We never sell personal information to data brokers.

Superway is not intended for users under 13 years old. If we learn we have collected children's data, we will delete it.
